Doreen Walker celebrates her 95th birthday. - Marilyn Macfarlane photo

On Sunday July 30, an amazing woman celebrated her 95th birthday with a party at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Gloria and Dave Montgomery, along with her daughters Marilyn and Butch Macfarlane, Geri and John Loucks, Sherri Thomas and several other family and friends.

Doreen Walker raised seven children all while running a small business (Uffington Store). She was president of the Bracebridge Legion auxiliary for years and was an avid dancer, which she still enjoys every chance she gets.
