UPDATE: Bracebridge man fined $10K in 2022 death of Lake Rosseau swimmer

A 48-year-old man had been swimming, equipped with a visibility marker, and was struck by a vessel.

UPDATE (Oct. 23, 2023): Zavier Foyston, 26, now of Bracebridge, was fined $10,000, plus $100 for the victim fine surcharge, on Aug. 9 at the Bracebridge courthouse. Foyston was given 12 months to pay the fine.
