Every year on Remembrance Day, Canadians pay respect to those who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country in the line of duty.
This year, Remembrance Day falls on Saturday, Nov. 11, so many businesses and services will recognize the day on either Friday, Nov. 10 or Monday, Nov. 13.
Although Remembrance Day is a federal holiday, Ontario does not recognize it as a statutory holiday, so the hours of some businesses may vary over the weekend.
